Mortgage and Protection adviser James started his carer in financial services in 1998 with one of the “big four” high street banks moving through to a position of office-based business development manager for Northern Ireland, qualifying in 2003 and moving to a large mortgage advice firm within a major estate agency chain covering Wales and the Southwest.
James brought his wealth of knowledge and experience to the Blueprint team in 2011 where he has remained, specialising in Mortgages and Client Protection. During this time James has dealt with everything this diverse and complex market has to offer from First time Buyers to Holiday let portfolio landlords, Shared Ownership to Self-build "Haus" Housing from re-mortgages to parents helping their children get on the property ladder and more.
